SHIPPING CARRIERS
Delivery will be made by using PosLaju Malaysia and J&T Express only!
SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA
– All orders within Semenanjung Malaysia, Sabah and Sarawak are shipped using PosLaju and J&T Express.
-Usually couriers will pick up all parcel at our place everyday (Monday to Friday) except on weekend.
-If the address is not available during time of delivery, they will need to pick up their parcel at the nearest courier’s office.
-Delivery time depends on courier services at your nearest location. Usually it will takes 2-3 days business days for West Malaysia and 5-7 days for East Malaysia.
-NO REFUND or EXCHANGE is allowed if the parcel is returned to us when it is unclaimed for over two weeks. The buyer will have to pay the additional shipping charges to have it posted out again.
POSTAGE CHARGE :
Peninsular : 1-5 pieces (RM8)
Sabah/Sarawak : 1-3 pieces (RM19)
* Please note that orders made on Saturday, Sunday and/ or public holidays will be shipped out on the next business day.
DELIVERY TRACKING NUMBER
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your tracking code appears in Poslaju and tracking system. Poslaju normally keys in tracking code at the end of the day.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY (WORLDWIDE)
Singapore / Brunei / other Countries orders are ship using SF Express or Aramex. Order processing will take 5-7 working days (excluding public holidays and weekends) before being shipped out. Once it has been picked up, the transit time will take around 7-14 days.
If you do not receive your parcel after 14 days of receiving the tracking number, please email to eyzaestrada@gmail.com for assistance.
